- Provide full support for an executive who is brilliant, energetic, and passionate about the work of the organization, and who expects to trust you to use your judgment and do your job
- Coordinate communications with people at all levels; arrange for meetings and conference calls
- Develop relationships in order to serve as relationship manager for the President
- Use a high degree of judgment in making independent decisions
- Review the President’s mail and draft responses as necessary
- Manage the President’s calendar and contacts, travel arrangements, and event registrations
- Plan and coordinate lunches, dinners, and meetings
- Prepare travel itineraries and assist in developing materials for the President’s presentations to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- High-level executive support experience
- Experience making decisions independently, using initiative, and solving problems
- An excellent and gracious communicator’ calm under pressure
- An independent thinker and problem solver
- Excellent written and spoken grammar skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities at once
