Company with a purpose.

Our purpose is to connect the most motivated talent with Washington D.C.’s leading businesses and associations by providing exceptional temporary and permanent staffing services.

About Us

Since 2001, RPStaffing, a woman-owned company founded by Ruthi Postow, has been Washington D.C.’s specialist in temporary and direct hire administrative staffing.

Relationships

Strong and enduring relationships are the secrets to our success. We invest our time and energy into building those relationships by meeting each candidate and client, face-to-face, and really getting to know them, so we can help them reach their goals.

Passion

Our team takes pride in knowing that our company has a positive impact on a candidate struggling with a job search or to a company struggling to hire a workforce to reach or exceed their goals!

D.C. Focus

Our team is educated on the administrative job market in D.C. because we specialize in it. We study the market and gather the knowledge necessary to advise our candidates on the best opportunities, and our clients on hiring trends.

We love success stories!

We love seeing our candidates grow and succeed in their positions as they help our clients meet their goals. We want to make a difference and we work for it.

We hear you!

We listen to you, really hear you, and translate your words into actions that bring the results you want. We apply the first-hand knowledge we gain from you to make matches that make sense and last!

Our values.

The RPStaffing team operates on a set of values that shape our actions and set us apart:

integrity, commitment, quality, fairness, teamwork, and fun.

We believe in being authentic, honest, and honorable, and in doing what we say we will do.

We really care about doing a good job. We are tenacious in our work and enthusiastic about building our skills and our expertise.

We have a genuine interest in and respect for people and that includes everyone.

We believe in having fun, in not taking ourselves too seriously, but taking time to lighten up laugh.
