We are looking for remote call center specialists to join a medical education team that is passionate about empowering the future medical providers of America. This position is for you if you live in the DC Metro area and:
• you are quick and accurate with data entry. If you have prior experience in client service, clerical support, or data entry even better.
• you are savvy with Excel and have a typing score of at least 60 WPM.
• you understand the importance of reviewing your work, correcting errors, and protecting confidentiality, especially when handling critical client data.
• you pride yourself on your high attention to detail and getting things done on time.
• you can analyze a situation in order to make fact-based decisions and recommend possible solutions.
• you are polite and professional as well as comfortable addressing high volumes of incoming calls.
